Time to go my friends...
It's time to quit Facebook...
I know, without it I certainly would not be here today but, unlike 5 or 10 years ago, it no longer serves a purpose.
I no longer see posts from friends but mostly ads and, the posts I do get to see are the same ones over and over for 1 or 2 weeks.
I will leave the account open and check in weekly but, from January 2025 it will be deactivated.
All of my 'Business' is done on Telegram t.me/michaelbanksceo if you need my help I will be there.
Also, there are no distractions, like videos and reels and adverts, just good old fashioned people talking to people..

Finally...!!
Life has become more interesting than chasing dreams on the Internet.
Oh, I have several 'money' programs running, 'life-changing' money programs but, so far this year, apart from one, none of them is any closer to actually paying out than they were last October.
And guess what, I have been sat here waiting.
Well, new ideas are flooding in, ideas that stir my soul, car camping ideas. Weekends away, day trips around this beautiful country...
I have enough coming in, no campsites needed, no internet needed, just me and my car.
First I must learn how to set up my solar panel kit without draining the battery. I broke the last one.
Then, convert the car to a camper. Thankfully I am only 5'4" so I don't need a big bed.
Let the fun begin...!! As soon as I empty the car and clean my apartment.
And lots of metal detecting too...
I'm excited again...

Gym done for the day, I am getting stronger at least, not losing weight though.
There was a hungry cat in the car park when I got back. She called to me but sadly there was no food in the car, quite tame, no collar, may be a resident feral.
Then I remembered I have tuna but, by the time I got back downstairs she had gone.
I know, I should have scooped her up in my arms and brought her indoors.
Still, now I have tuna in the car and thursday I will have cat food in the car too...
And, God Willing, (he always is for good deeds), I have been searching for land on the Isle of Wight.
Plenty there, not expensive and, they (the town councils of the island) are desperately seeking people to take care of the feral cats...
I may have found my dream future...

Oh boy, body is not happy with me today, yesterdays session at the gym was a bit tougher.
I want to sit on the sofa all day but, I know I can't do that.
4 bacon and 4 eggs for breakfast with tomatoes, to build the protein, and then it's treadmill and bike for an hour.
I love you body but, it's going to hurt more until you start burning off the fat on my belly.
Also, some more weight-lifting and stretching.
Then, chocolate and a nap... :-D
