The 4Com Family

Who are 4Com?

4Com was founded in 1999 by our Chairman and MD, Daron Hutt. Since then, we've grown to over 250 people and currently provide 10,000+ UK businesses with phone systems. We genuinely believe in excellence, which is probably why we were named as the winners of The 2017 Sunday Times Best Company To Work For. This quest for excellence extends throughout our entire company; we look for the best people, provide the best training, offer the best rewards and in turn provide the best products and services to our customers.

The 4Com Foundation

Charity work and fundraising is a central theme here at 4Com. Our monthly targets, whilst generating staff rewards, also directly impact the amount we give to charity each month. We’ve set up the 4Com Foundation, our own charitable trust, which is run by 4Com employees and manages the fundraising activity of the business. There are numerous events you can get involved in from our senior lunches at head office to helping with our local Salvation Army or, if you’re feeling brave, you can get involved in our yearly major charity event! In 2017, our team took on the Isle of Wight Challenge and this year they took on Tough Mudder!
