LUKE ADAMS Founder of MBM MANAGEMENT. Luke's career in music started at a very young age of 16 and 13 years on it has taken him all over the world from London,New York, Miami,Croatia to name a few places and he have been lucky enough to work with some major industry names along the way. Luke started out as promoter and studio hand working with a rap group called K.A.R set up by the infamous Fat Joe and Pistol Pete from Terror Squad. The late Mike Beck (R.I.P) took Luke under his wing and moved him to Miami where he worked with the like like of Busta Rhymes, Timbaland, Mizzle boy,T ony Sunshine to name a few....
Luke and Mike both parted K.A.R due to to the distance issues from the rest of the group. was born and Luke ran the day to day social media and video content with Emilio Sanchez (on time films)
After Mike's death Luke returned to England with all his knowledge and contacts he collected along the way. Luke went on to Music management and worked along side a few independent labels but decided to go into private management as well as setting up and Managing a recording studio. Luke continues his passion in music and always lives by the company's name MOTIVATED BY MUSIC.
