Check out this box design in 6mm ABS plastic which incorporates both reflective panels on the sides and protective corner guards, plus innovative panel mount fixings. Check out this bespoke LCD display enclosure...

When an existing client, an energy management consultancy, was launching a new monitoring software, they came to us to help design and manufacture a new custom LCD display enclosure to house this new ventilation control system.

We helped create this robust, custom plastic enclosure which is made up of two parts that slot together to protect the sensitive electronics in commercial environments from impact and the ingress of liquid and dust. It is designed for efficient cable management and has a neat, streamlined look. Made with a light grey HIPS, it has a membrane keypad and the brand elements screen printed on the front.

Need a Plastic Enclosure Prototype made in the UK? Check out how our process works. As a tried and tested custom enclosure manufacturer with a strong customer focus we think it’s pretty effective. The 7 steps in the design and manufacturing process include:

1. Idea. Once you have an idea of your product or have designed your electronics and start thinking about a custom plastic enclosure.

2. Contact. Then you can get in touch with our Sales Team. We will arrange to come and visit you. This way we can gather as much information about your product and what you would like to achieve with your prototype custom plastic enclosure.

3. Specifying your Design. We can advise on the types of plastic material, finishes and best construction and assembly available which will best suit your project.

The more information provided at this stage, the more accurate the quote and design. So, we suggest you take into consideration elements that will impact your enclosure design and build like:

Aesthetic considerations, for instance, colour, styling and branding.

Environmental factors like weight, hygiene, impact or chemical resistance.

CE or IP rating requirements that need to be considered.

4. Quote. Once all these elements come together we can generate a quote. We normally allow 48 hours to generate a quote and design. This varies depending on the product's complexity or our current workload.

This month we were delighted to design and manufacture this plastic prototype for an existing client based in the Midlands.

We worked closely with the customer to fabricate a robust, cost-effective prototype that met their rigorous requirements. With aerial holes on the side and white/granite effect dual-tone plastics to meet their brand requirements. The prototype could either be fixed or mounted via keyholes to the wall. The pillar-mounted PCBs had electrical connectors that were flush with the external surface.

We're pleased to announce that we won the contract to fabricate these stylish, wall-mounted, custom size plastic boxes for a subcontract manufacturer. They were on a tight deadline and needed a fast turnaround from us which we were happy to oblige.

Our design team worked closely with the client to deliver a flexible, cost-effective custom plastic box that could either be fixed or mounted via keyholes to the wall. The stylish dual-tone boxes have pillar-mounted PCBs with electrical connectors flush with the external surface.

We were delighted to design, prototype and manufacture a small production run of these wall-mounted instrument enclosures for them. The cabinet-style enclosure has multiple screen cut-outs to show the readings and is made with black gloss ABS with a carbon fibre effect overlay, and has 1 colour screen printing.

We pulled out all the stops to design, manufacture and deliver 500 stylish custom audio-visual in just 2 weeks for a new customer in London.

We worked closely with the client to create a bespoke, stylish AV box that enhanced their customer’s drive-in movie experience. The new deliver a high-quality stereo sound with deep bass.

Custom Made Plastic UV Box Features:

These portable, lightweight units are finished in a stylish motorsport Carbon Fibre with a 5.71-inch high-definition touchscreen that is WIFI enabled to allow the remote purchase of drinks and snacks.

The box design includes an auto-mute when stacked in storage, as well as a rear-mounted power switch. The dimensions were developed taking into account the need for streamlined storage and the need to be able to charge the units when not in use.

The grateful client was delighted with the service we provided, saying ’Thank you for all your help getting this over the line – really appreciate the responsive service and attention to detail’

As Raspberry PI custom specialists, we happily designed and manufactured this automated blind controller enclosure for an existing client in the Midlands.

It has been designed for indoor use in a dark grey HIPS. It is wall-mounted with lugs and has one colour screen printed to match the brand colour. The is pillar mounted.
