Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Full-time | Office-based | £30,000 - £35,000 + Uncapped Bonus
Think this is just about booking demos? Think again.
This isn’t a box-ticking SDR role. No endless calendar-filling to hit vanity metrics. No handing over half-baked leads and walking away.
Here, you’ll own the top of the funnel. You’ll be the first commercial voice prospects hear - and one of the most important in shaping real revenue outcomes.
What we’re looking for:
A self-starter who doesn’t need chasing or micromanaging
Someone who sees “no” as a step closer to “yes”
Experience in outbound prospecting, lead qualification, or a sales-adjacent role
Comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced sales environment
Resilient, proactive, and hungry to prove your influence on actual revenue
And if you’re good?
There’s a clear, supported path to being a Sales Executive. This role is built to grow the next generation of closers - not to keep you stuck behind a phone dialler.
As well as this, you will work in a beautiful open plan office, you'll get free lunches every day (!) and have access to an onsite gym. Given the office location you will need access to a vehicle, it's not accessible via public transport.
