‘Dealing with Braaiwooduk was an incredible experience from start to finish. Simon truly went above and beyond to make sure my son’s birthday gift arrived on time. One of the items I ordered was out of stock, but instead of simply telling me it wasn’t available, Simon relentlessly searched until he found another retailer who could supply it and fulfil my order. He kept me updated every step of the way and even found a solution for me to make payment from outside the UK. That level of dedication and customer service is rare these days.
