There are three phases to someone becoming a patient.
Phase 1: Awareness. This is the "I know you exist" stage. It's the first time a prospect hears about you or your practice, usually through Reels, YouTube, Facebook ads, podcasts, community events, or traditional media.
Phase 2: Consideration. This is where they start watching your content, reading reviews, and checking out patient transformations. They're not ready to book yet, but they're paying attention. Testimonials, case studies, educational posts, and social proof do the heavy lifting here.
Phase 3: Conversion. This is the moment they're ready to act, whether that's booking a call, attending a workshop, or signing up for a complimentary intro session. Your job at this stage is to make the next step as easy and obvious as possible.
Know which phase your content is speaking to, and you'll stop losing people in the gap between "I see you" and "I'm ready."
