One of the biggest contradictions in politics is this: many people support candidates purely because of tribal, ethnic, or party loyalty. Yet if asked to choose a manager for their company, a leader for their community, or someone to handle their personal affairs, they would carefully examine competence, character, and track record.

A person may not trust a candidate to run a business, lead a local organization, or manage a team, but will still support that same candidate to lead an entire nation simply because they belong to the same tribe or group.

The future of a nation is too important to be decided by blind loyalty. Leadership should be about integrity, competence, and service—not tribalism.
