On Wednesday we celebrated our 2026 ACS Group Impact Day! A brilliant start to the year and a great reminder of what we can achieve together.

The day brought our teams across the business together to look back on our 2025 achievements and share our goals for the year ahead. It was also an opportunity to shine a light on the people, partners and community organisations that help make ACS such a special place to work.

A huge highlight was introducing our 2026 charity partners:
Smart Works Charity Yorkshire – empowering women entering the workplace through coaching, mentoring and styling support.
Bradford Hospitals Charity – Neonatal ‘Home from Home’ project – supporting the incredible work taking place for families at Bradford Royal Infirmary.

We’re looking forward to supporting both charities through fundraising and volunteering.

We welcomed several of our fantastic partner organisations who provide wellbeing and lifestyle benefits to our teams, including, Nuffield Health Baildon, NU Dental and Chadwick Lawrence LLP

We also enjoyed a visit from Bradford Bulls RLFC’s Bull Girl, who brought plenty of energy!

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make the day a success, from our partners and speakers to the colleagues who worked behind the scenes, and of course the whole ACS team for getting involved with such enthusiasm!

We’re hiring for a Purchase Ledger Clerk at ACS Group!

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
🔹 Processing and matching supplier invoices
🔹 Coding overhead invoices accurately
🔹 Liaising with suppliers to resolve queries promptly
🔹 Preparing weekly supplier payment runs
🔹 Allocating payments to accounts

We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve been shortlisted for two awards in this year’s Bradford Means Business Awards: Employer of the Year and Apprentice of the Year. ⚡

A huge congratulations to Mohammed Safir, who has been shortlisted for Apprentice of the Year!

Saf (as he is known throughout the business) joined the ACS Apprenticeship programme as a Sales Apprentice, however after a few months in sales, his manager recognised that his speciality was in IT. Saf was then offered to work within the Tech team to help push and utilise his knowledge.

When a permanent position for a new Tech Engineer opened up, Saf was the natural choice - his dedication and expertise quickly caught the attention of everyone around him. Saf’s commitment and drive make him a valuable asset to our team, and we couldn’t be prouder of the progress he’s made in his career at ACS IT.
