Come and stand in the space instead. Ten minutes here will tell you more than any brochure, we spend most of our week in the office, so getting a feel for the space and atmosphere is too important to ignore 📅

Take a look around Jubilee House 🎥

Our newest building sits right in the heart of Bradford city centre, a short walk from both of the city's train stations.

Downstairs there's a café, plenty of breakout space, a large event space, a wellbeing room and showers for anyone who runs or cycles in. Upstairs is the main workspace, built for businesses that have outgrown a traditional serviced office but still want the flexibility and everything included.

That's roughly how it went for one of our tenants, and it's the reason we do licences as well as long leases. On our flexible licences, when the team grows, you move into a bigger office. When things are quieter, you move into a smaller one.
