Rachael has acted as IIP internal assessor, mediator and coach and has worked in many different environments including the manufacturing industry, security industry and catering industry. Based in the South East of England Rachael is able to cover the whole of the UK and overseas visiting businesses to conduct interviews and then completing and filing her final management report. Rachael Simpson is the Senior Consultant specialising in cases of bullying and harassment in the workplace. Working nationwide and overseas offering a confidential professional service to the business allowing management time to be freed from lengthy interviews and conflict deconstruction.
