Have you got the gift of the gab? Do you have the ability to listen to what people are really saying and adapt your conversation to what is important to them? Then let’s talk! We’re looking for telephone and live chat agents who love to strike up a conversation with people of all ages and backgrounds.

At Connectivity we don’t believe in scripted conversations, we believe in turning everyone we call into a new friend. To do this you need an easy going and engaging telephone manner and the ability to think on your feet. You’ll intuitively make people feel at ease, knowing when to listen and how to keep the conversation going and also have great keyboard skills in order to hold customer conversations via live chat. If multi-tasking is one of your strengths then we would love to hear from you!

It’s a fast-paced environment but you’ll have a great team supporting you. You’ll need to know your way around a spreadsheet and be able to juggle multiple screens. Life experience is just as important as your work experience - some of our best team members are semi-retired. The position is based working from home and flexibility to work evenings and weekends is essential.
