Just Talkin Just Talkin provides talking therapy. I offer you a safe place where you can be yourself I am a local Counsellor based at Brampton Community Centre.

I mainly work with Loss and Bereavement and the associated affects such as anxiety and stress. Loss and Bereavement covers a wide range of topics. The main one that everyone associates this type of counselling with is working with people who are coping with the death of someone. Loss and bereavement however encompasses a wide range of other subjects from the loss of a lifestyle, relationship or jo

b. I work with people face to face or remotely depending on what the needs are of the individual and sessions are either 35mins or 50mins long. I also offer a 25min introduction session if you would like to meet me and ask any questions you may have about the counelling process. I will work with you in a way that you can feel supported during you sessions to be who you want to be and feel free to say whatever you wish. I provide a confidential space for you to be able to explore the subjects that you bring to me. I can offer tools and tips throughout the sessions that you can use whenever you need them, these include breathing, mindfulness and meditation methods. I have a level 5 Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling. I have also completed my certificate in Online and telephone counselling. I am a member of both the NCS and the BACP.

Andy’s Man Club, a place to talk. The Brampton group

Brampton, we need your help!

Many in our community might not realise that an Andy's Man Club group meets right here in Brampton at The Coffee Lounge on Townfoot industrial estate. The sessions are every Monday from 7pm to 9pm, excluding bank holidays.

For those unfamiliar, Andy's Man Club is a free, non-judgmental peer support group for men aged 18 and over. It provides a safe space to talk, listen, and support one another.

We're asking the people of Brampton to help spread the word. Please share this post, tell friends, family, colleagues, neighbours, sports clubs, workplaces, and anyone who might benefit from knowing that support is available locally.

Raising awareness could help someone who is struggling to realise they don't have to face things alone.
Together, we can ensure every man in Brampton knows support is here when they need it.

I occasionally struggle to have the confidence in my ability to navigate challenges and uncover solutions. Instead, I sometimes choose to listen to my fears, which can serve as a cautious guide in some instances, but my fears often hold me back from achieving success. Conversely, when I trust in myself, I always emerge triumphant, even in the face of failure, as I have at least taken the opportunity to try. Both paths are daunting, but one affords us a chance.

Whether you are wanting to find out about Counselling, come for a one off session, begin your Counselling journey or pick up from a previous time, these slots may be ideal for you. They can either be a free 25min intro session if you would like to find out about counselling with me or they can be a full 50min session which would be £50.
