Its been a while so I thought I would say "Hi" 👋🏻,
Who would of thought we would expand this well, when I started part time doing this in 2016 it would grow so well into what it is today, of course there have been some ups and downs but that's part of the "fun" or running and managing a business, I started with some tools I had lying around and from the boot of my car with no adverts at all, from word and mouth with social media I set out to offer fast and affordable repairs, since then the word and mouth has spread and our reputation proceeds us, we look after quite a few contracts with landlords and large insurance companies and even more importantly clients that we have had since the beginning, we have a couple of sign written vans (great design and fitment organised by local companies), Our booking system has grown with us also where clients can now book online or via the office where everything is tracked from point of contact to completion of repair, we have even been able to be selective with our choices of suppliers so we can be as competitive as possible so much that we can often supply and install cheaper then online purchasing.
With all that in mind the goals have been the same and not changed since the very beginning affordable repairs and repair over replace as a priority to keep sustainability up and landfill waste down, as unfortunately not all parts of the appliances are recyclable (only really the metals as the plastic and rubber none recyclable), we still go through the same process with all our clients, total cost vs replacement costs vs age and experienced expected lifespan, unfortunately the market still has brands that we know will be triggers broom but we also know the brands that should last (and this list would surprise most people as the big German M word is very rarely top of the list anymore)
We are where we are because of all our wonderful clients over the years and we look forward to working with you whenever you need our help.
