Here are the best photos of the 24 hour liferaft challenge for and on behalf of Sail 4 Cancer. We're chuffed to bits with the result and being associated with the event. Thank you everyone.

38 brilliant cadets spent 24 long hours in five liferafts in the Hamble River to raise money for Sail 4 Cancer. They all did it, despite the cold and stormy conditions, and raised £11,500 in the process!

Presently on survey in Cannes, Monaco and onward to Viareggio this week. SCV codings arranged and going well. The question is, what shall we do this weekend? We came a reasonable third in last Sunday's champion of champion's race.

So far this week we have driven along the Cote d'Azur, surveyed 2 Yachts and been ISO audited. Got a weekend of storm damage prevention to come. Does anyone need their boat moorings assessed during tomorrow's storm?

Winter prep
Have a safe winter everyone, there's some pretty bad storms predicted this year. As we are frequently in many boat yards, if you would like us to check you boat is OK free of charge, let us know.
