This photo pretty much sums up the last few months… 🤪🤣

Two busy mums trying to organise a wellness morning around work, nursery runs, school runs, sickness bugs and everything else mum life throws at you.

Glow & Flow started as an idea over a coffee we grabbed on the fly 🤣

This Sunday we'll finally be opening the doors for our first ever Glow & Flow at JARS Community Hub - Brechin

We are excited to welcome the women joining us for two hours to switch off from the never ending to do list.

Who knew you could get your duvet washed for £6 in Brechin? 🤣

I popped down to JARS today to do some final bits of organising with Kirsty for Glow & Flow on Sunday.

She showed me the laundry room, which we can use while we're busy GLOWING and FLOWING ✌️

It's never easy getting your bloody duvets done, is it? 🤣 There are two large capacity washing machines and tumble dryers here.

Imagine walking out feeling cool, calm and collected with a freshly washed duvet 😂😂 Living the DREAM!
