Warehouse Operative / Delivery Driver
Full-Time, Permanent
A full-time position has arisen based at our distribution centre in Three C***s, Brecon. LD3
We are looking for a warehouse operative to undertake daily warehouse duties, including picking & packing orders, receiving stock, inventory checks, unloading of containers and some driving to deliver to our customers in South wales and the midlands. A team player who will do what is needed to meet the demands of our customers, ensuring high quality standards at all times. Knowledge of warehouse procedures is a distinct advantage; we are looking for someone who can respond confidently to a reactive environment and the flexibility to undertake the work needed.
What will you be doing?
You will be working in our new distribution centre which is responsible in despatching over 200 orders per day ranging from Single box orders to multiple pallets. You will assist with all aspects of the warehouse operations ensuring the daily operations and performance expectations are met. You will also be delivering to our customers in South wales and the midlands.
Main Duties and Responsibilities

Fulfilment of orders (processing and packing)
Loading of orders for various logistics partners ie. Courier or Pallet Network
Unloading Containers of stock
Sorting and Re-stocking inventory
Quality Assurance & Stock Checking
Maintaining company Health & Safety Standards
Keeping the warehouse clean & tidy
Delivery to our customers in South wales and the midlands
Requirements * Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software

Ability to input and retrieve data
Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and time management skills
Clean full UK driving license
Mon-Friday 8.30-4.30 (37.5 Hours)Rate of pay dependant on experience 28 Days Holiday (including statutory)Cycle to work scheme

We are looking for someone who can assist our sales team & clients with product and order related queries to ensure our customers receive a high level of customer care.
you will be responsible for processing customer orders via telephone and email, addressing customer issues and concerns, dealing with 3rd party logistics companies as well as assisting our field-based sales team.
The successful applicant will be required to develop a comprehensive understanding of our product range, processes, and company policies.
Main Duties
- taking customer orders via telephone & email
- answering customer queries and complaints
- assisting the field-based sales team with information on product and orders
- liaising with logistic companies for deliveries and collections
- preparing invoices and statements from our accounting system
Skills Required
- Good communication skills

Part time up 16 hours a week – can be spread through the week by agreement
Pay depending on experience,
Some knowledge and user experience of general accounts work and also of Xero, Sage or QuickBooks or other cloud based accounts software and Microsoft office – outlook, excel and word - an advantage.
Mainly based in one office as part of a small friendly team with most work involving xero, excel and outlook.

Main work
β€’ Process supplier invoices from orders to payments
β€’ Reconcile supplier statements
β€’ Bank reconciliations
β€’ Sales cash processing including reconciling customer accounts to customer remittance advice notes
β€’ Some customer and supplier calling and contact for account queries
β€’ Other general office duties as and when required

Tailored Imports are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join their team at the Talgarth Office, to assist with maintaining our finance system and responsible for the day to day handling of Accounts. Good knowledge of Xero including data inputting, reporting and reconciliations are essential for this role.

Responsibilities & Duties:
β€’ Producing monthly and annual management accounts.
β€’ Reconciliation of Multi Currency transactions across multiple banking platforms.
β€’ Recording financial transactions and handling accounts payable and receivable.
β€’ Paying regular bills from the company and handling supplier and partner invoices
β€’ Integration of reports and processes between Xero and our warehouse
management system.
β€’ Managing profit and loss statements and balance sheets

Technical Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
β€’ Must have experience using Xero and a good understanding of cloud software
β€’ High IT affinity, pronounced numerical understanding and data entry skills
β€’ Knowledge of Accounting Principles
β€’ An able problem solver with good attention to detail
