Whilst working with a range of businesses, I recognised that large organisations employ and personnel to make efficiencies or diversify their revenue streams. I also identified that due to the scale of operations, small and medium sized businesses cannot justify the investment in these personnel.

In order to build these packaged solutions, I have brought together my decade of experience working in Project Management, Business Analysis, Software implementation, Change Management and Training and am passionate about bringing together People, Process and Technology to drive efficiencies.
