During the summer, your Kenwood mixer is perfect for making fresh lemonade or a simple lemon sorbet.
When I was young, my grandparents had a large lemon tree. I still remember them using the citrus attachment on their Kenwood A701 for hours, making jar after jar of fresh lemon juice to enjoy later.
You can make fresh lemon juice using either the citrus attachment or the liquidiser. If you’d like something even more refreshing, try a homemade lemon sorbet made with fresh lemons, water, sugar, and egg whites.
For my sorbet, I prepared the Swiss meringue with the Chefette, then churned and froze the mixture in the Kenwood Hela-Matic (available from Kenwood ARG).

The first whisk version of Kenwood A700 is just 2 wires and one thin band, the band is used well when you prepare pastry crust mixing the flour with the butter first then replace for the K be**er when added the liquids. That whisk also performs very well in sponges and merengues
