Celebrate Bridlington’s rich maritime heritage at Seafest 2026! ⚓
Join us down at the harbour for a vibrant day showcasing everything that makes our coastline special — from seafaring skills and coastal traditions to delicious local seafood and community partners.

Come along to Bridlington RNLI Lifeboat Station between 10am-4pm and:

Discover traditional maritime skills
Meet local organisations (including your RNLI crew 👋)

Visit the Marine Mammal Rescue Team Display and learn how seals and other sea mammals are looked after when they are in trouble.

Experience the sights and sounds of a working harbour

It’s a fantastic day out for all ages — we’d love to see you there!

If you’re heading near the water, keep a close eye on children, stick to safe areas, and remember — in an emergency, call 999 or 112 and ask for the Coastguard.

A 7m Cougar built in 2019, powered by twin Selva 30hp engines.

She’s part of the same fishing family as Riptide, and is currently the only boat in the fleet operating out of Hornsea—launched directly from the beach using a tractor.

Go for it Tom! It's a fantastic cause. We are sure you will nail it!

Hi everyone… Tom needs you now more than ever! 😂

After a few pints, he somehow got talked into entering the Total Warrior 12K this June. It involves, mud, fire, ice, electric shocks and a lot of swearing!

Those who know him will know… he doesn’t do fitness. He hasn’t been to the gym in nearly 20 years 😅

BUT—he’s a man of his word, and he’s taking it on to raise money for Flamborough Lifeboat Station 💛

This cause is incredibly close to our hearts. We call them often for those who get stuck or injured here at North Landing, and we also have family members who volunteer on the lifeboat, heading out to save lives at sea.

We all hear the sirens. We see the launch posts.
But what we don’t always see is what those volunteers go through—the risks they take, and the reality of the callouts that don’t always end happily.

The money raised will help ensure:
⚓ The crew have the best life-saving equipment
⚓ They get the support they need after difficult shouts
⚓ The boat has everything it needs to bring people home safely

We don’t have long to fundraise—but with nearly 50k of you here, I know we can do something amazing 🙌
