3 Months down and time to pause and reflect.

Three months ago, Cyrious Consultancy officially began its journey.

Looking back, it’s incredible how much has happened in such a short space of time.

We’ve had the privilege of supporting businesses with health and safety management audits, providing CDM and project support for contractors delivering works in schools, and we’re excited about the projects already lined up over the coming months. It’s also been fantastic to continue working with organisations and contacts we’ve built strong relationships with over the years.

None of this would have been possible without the encouragement and support of our family, friends, clients and everyone who has believed in us from day one.

Networking has opened the door to some fantastic new relationships, and we’re grateful to everyone we’ve met along the way. A special thank you to everyone who has liked, commented on and shared our posts – every interaction helps us reach more businesses and is genuinely appreciated.

We’re also looking forward to building our relationship with the Black Country Chamber of Commerce and supporting fellow businesses across the region.

Beyond business, we’re proud to support talented young people on their own journeys by sponsoring Caelan Ratcliffe #96 in motorcycle racing and the Hagley Cricket Club Under-17s. We can’t wait to see what they achieve over the coming months and are proud to play a small part in their success.

The first three months have exceeded our expectations, and we’re only just getting started. Here’s to continuing to help organisations strengthen compliance, manage risk with confidence, and build safer, more resilient businesses.

Why did I start Cyrious Consultancy?

After more than 12 years working in estates, compliance and project delivery, I repeatedly saw organisations facing the same challenges: managing risk, keeping pace with compliance requirements and delivering projects safely and effectively.

Too often, compliance was viewed as a tick-box exercise or something that only received attention when problems arose. In reality, effective compliance should be practical, proportionate and embedded into the way an organisation operates.

That's why I created Cyrious Consultancy.

The aim is simple: to provide clear, practical support that helps organisations navigate compliance with confidence, manage risk proactively and create safer, more resilient environments.

Behind every policy, risk assessment and compliance requirement are real people. Helping organisations protect those people while achieving their objectives is what drives everything we do.

I'm proud of what we've started and look forward to continuing to support businesses and organisations through practical advice, sensible solutions and meaningful partnerships.
