I am a conscientious and highly experienced HR generalist with over 30 years experience; 20 years experience of working at Senior Management Level. I am highly organised and professional and have covered all aspects of HR including; working with and supporting Senior and Line Managers, all levels of recruitment and induction, employee engagement, restructures, TUPE, redundancy, HR policy and ongoing development. I have 12 years experience of management and responsibility for multiple payrolls for up to 750 staff.
I have experience of working in the aviation industry, aswell as manufacturing, hospitality and catering and retail.
I am also Founder and Trustee of a small charity which supports adults with a disability to improve their lives and develop essential life skills. On a voluntary basis, I have organised fundraising and awareness events and have been successful in applying for funding. I manage the HR and Payroll functions as well as using social media to market our charity. I work closely with our trainees, their families and other third party organisations.
