Another Quality Window Installation by Patchett Joinery 🏡✨

This recent project showcases a hybrid timber window system, combining the strength and beauty of Red Grandis hardwood for the frames and sashes, with Accoya used in the more exposed elements to maximise durability and longevity.

The result is a solution that delivers on performance, sustainability, and timeless design, perfectly suited to both traditional and contemporary properties.

To achieve a flawless finish, our microporous paint system was supplied by Symphony Coatings, enhancing both protection and appearance. The windows are complemented by high-quality ironmongery from Traditional Window Fittings, adding authentic character and detail, while specialist glazing by Design Glass Limited completes the installation with precision and style.

Every element of this project has been carefully considered to deliver long-lasting performance, refined aesthetics, and exceptional craftsmanship.

We love revisiting past projects, this one is the Black Cat Club in Leeds, featuring a bespoke hand-painted and fired stained glass window we created for them. The design is based on their beer bottle artwork, inspired by the iconic style of William Morris. ✨

🌺 ✨ Camellia House - Before & After ✨ 🌺

This Grade II* Georgian gem, nestled in the heart of Wentworth Woodhouse, holds some of the oldest camellias in the Western world.

After decades of being derelict, we were proud to be a part of the restoration of this historic glass house. We developed a bespoke lead profile to match the original frame design, while also restoring the original glazing, breathing light back into the soul of the building.

The Camellia House is no longer just a relic - it’s a radiant venue, an elegant tearoom, and a tribute to timeless design which is definitely worth a visit if you’re ever passing.

🏆 We are thrilled to hear that Camellia House has been named 1 of the 30 outstanding winners of the 2025 European Heritage Awards/Europa Nostra Awards – Europe’s most prestigious cultural heritage awards.
