Me and the team are now certified installers of classicbond epdm rubber roofing membrane. Offering a 20year guarantee on the product.
This can be used on extensions , dormers and outbuildings including garden rooms ,garages,sheds and wood stores.
I personally like using this as i can fully weather any roof the same day as the ply is laid, meaning no chance of leaks . No waiting on roofers or hoping for dry weeks relying on polythene sheeting.
