Nice to obtain a planning permission today for a single storey rear extension for a lovely local couple in Cranfield Road, Bexhill.
This one was really ambitious, maximising the site, and rear extending into the garden / yard space to provide a small flat with a larger kitchen and a more spacious master bedroom.
We were lucky that the garage block at the rear already had a contemporary consent for a new build with a green roof, setting the precedent for likeminded development.
I like to think that our decent set of drawings helped to seal the deal.
