Our next Lunch & Learn is coming to WERKS Central on Tuesday 25th August — and this time, we’re getting ready for an Autumn Reset. 🌿

As summer begins to shift, changes in light, temperature and routine can have a real impact on how we feel.

So, for our next session, we’re welcoming , founder of Samya Wellness, to explore how the seasonal wisdom of Ayurveda and Yoga can help us move into autumn feeling a little more balanced.

During this relaxed one-hour session, Tajbir will introduce simple chair-based Yoga practices, accessible breathwork and grounding tools that you can easily take back into your everyday routine.

No previous experience with Yoga or Ayurveda is needed. Come as you are, bring your curiosity and spend your lunch break discovering something new. 💚
