Earlier this year, we hosted Peter Cheese, CEO at CIPD for a global conversation that wasn’t a talk, it was a reset. A chance to pause, reflect, and confront the bigger questions:
How do we keep up in a world that keeps changing… without losing ourselves?

What does it really mean to flourish at work?

It’s not about being happy all the time.
Or loving every second.
Or finding “your passion” and turning it into a 9–5.
