It's been wonderful seeing all the interviews with some of the many inspiring people who spoke with Give Yourself 30 at their special event last Saturday, celebrating all the ways in which exercise can be so good for our mental health and relationships, as much as our physical wellbeing.

GY30 are really making a difference out there, and by sponsoring events like this, we feel as if we are doing our little bit to help as well!

We can’t believe it’s been a year already – but time flies when you feel supported and valued at work!

Being an accredited Living Wage employer for the past year has not only helped our business become more visible to new clients (some of whom have approached us specifically because of this commitment), but most importantly, it’s meant our staff can concentrate more on being the best at their jobs, even as the cost of living has continued to rise.

Throughout November, our engineers proudly took part in Movember, growing their moustaches, raising awareness, and supporting the only charity in the UK that focuses on all types of Sarcoma. We’re incredibly proud of them all, and the fine 'taches they've cultivated!
