Mental Health Awareness Week 2026 🧡
Many professionals are already aware of how to care for their mental health at work. The problem is finding the time and space. Too often, wellbeing is treated as an “after-work” responsibility, pushed to the bottom of an already busy schedule.
This week, we encouraged our members to pause for small, mindful moments throughout their working day, with resources, activities, and opportunities to connect in ways that suited their routine.
🫖 Each day we sipped a different calming herbal tea from Bird & Blend
🧘 The lovely Rachel led a slow, meditative yin yoga class
🍃 Functional Medicine Health Coach, Pippa, guided a stress-resilience walk-shop around Brandon Hill
💬 Our MD, Rob, was on-hand to talk all things mental health first aid and upcoming local Talk Club activities - such as The Talk Club Cup next Friday at Ashton Gate!
Your mental health matters - at work, at home, every day of the year - and this week has been a brilliant reminder of that.
