Last week Mr B & Friends joined the official opening of the UK’s first business-led cyber centre.

The agency created the brand for Business Cyber Centre, which will support SME growth through turning ‘Cyber security into cyber confidence’. It was a privilege to see the work in action at the launch event.

🤸‍♀️Having bias is natural. Being aware of them however is essential. 🤸‍♀️

95% of our brains activity is unconscious. Which in some ways is impressive because it means we can function very efficiently, but it does mean we can make judgements and stereotype others.

We can all think of moments of this happening to us and doing it to others. Be conscious, curious and considerate. 🙅🏽‍♀️

Both as important as one another, but easily forgotten when we think of Wellness.

Our three tips and tricks for Rest & Move are:

💤Schedule in sleep; 6-9 hours
🕺🏼Try 15 minutes a day of dancing, especially in the morning
🫁Practice breathing exercises, expand your lung capacity

How to shake up your work routine:

 ☀️ Spend time outside before the working world wakes

🐸 Eat the frog, do the least enjoyable task first

🕰 10 minute per task, broken up by breaks and movement
