We support people in business like you by running monthly accountability groups where we provide a regular space for you to focus ‘on’ your business and to in
crementally and consistently grow your business through problem solving, goal setting, planning and accountability. Our accountability groups bring together the principles of peer-to-peer coaching and the power of collaborative problem solving to enable members of enACT to build confidence and competence and to Do more, Leverage more and Achieve more in their business. This is all delivered through a thoroughly tested and proven meeting format and a robust accountability process:
- You meet face to face as a group of 8 once a month, every month from 1pm – 6pm
- You and every member have a 30 minute ACT SLOT during which your most pressing business issue is highlighted and discussed and solutions found.
- You create your one-page action plan for the following month to drive your activity to resolve the issue and commit to the group, the specific things you are going to do, achieve or complete by the next meeting.
- The group then holds you accountable through various accountability measures.
