JOB SUMMARY
The role will include but not limited to -
Purpose of the role:
To provide effective assistance to the Operations Manager
Duties to include (after training)
Site patrols.
Opening and closing of client sites as required.
To manage out of hours rostering, site scheduling issues
Planning of team resources
Conduct incident reports and investigations.
Liaise with the HR team and Operations Manager regarding personnel.
Maintain on site documentation.
Audit assignment instructions.
Adhere to procedures and policy as necessary.
Actively promote the company and create sales opportunities.
Build effective customer relationships and take personal ownership for all customer interactions.
Maintaining and producing reports for line manager.
Liaise with outside agencies.
Review risk assessments, and audits.
Deliver quality training and support to security staff.
Maintain on site training records.
Site visits and audits.
Comply with carrying out any other duties reasonably requested by the line manager or client.
A full induction programme will be given to new starter, which includes all aspects of company health and safety
The role will involve going on a 4 day course to achieve an SIA qualification (if the candidate does not already possess one)
Working hours:
9-5 to be discussed
SKILLS NEEDED
Current SIA licence preferred but full training given if not.
Portray a professional image at all times.
Good verbal communication skills, pleasant manner, approachable.
Excellent customer service.
Problem solving skills.
IT literate, up to date with office suite.
Remain calm under pressure.
Always punctual and reliable.
Demonstrates a flexible attitude to changes in the workplace.
Clear understanding of Health & Safety requirements.
Full driving licence.

Introduction to Excel Develop the knowledge and skills to:
• Interpret a spreadsheet and populate a pre-existing spreadsheet
• Build a simple spreadsheet for yourself and use formulae
• Filter and sort data to analyse data
Application forms and personal statements Making the best of filling in application forms to bring you one step closer to an interview and a job
