Advent candles are back! This year I have redesigned a bit, changing the numbers to make them easier to read and switching out some of the designs. The 8 designs to choose from are: Holly with ribbons, Nativity, Poinsettia, Santa, Christmas tree, Penguin, Angel and Robin. £2.50 each.

Here are some of the new designs of hats I have been working on. I know it isn't really the weather for crocheted hats, but it is a good time to plan ahead for the winter, at this time of year I have more time to make you the hat of your dreams, the closer to winter we get, the busier I get!
All hats are available in sizes newborn, 3-6m, 6-12m (all £10 each for a current design or £12 for a new design)
1-3yrs £15
child (up to approx. 10) £20
teen/adult £25
xl adult £30

If you can show me a picture, I can try very hard to make it into a hat for you!

Here are some of the commission hats i have made during the past month or so! They don't have to be creatures! The fire engine was a challenge to figure out but i think came out rather cute in the end. And feel free to be amused by the reluctant elephant model! (It needed a head inside to show it off properly!)

I always feel sad when my advent candle is finished, so I came up with a plan to extend it a bit more. Presenting my '12 days of Christmas' candle. Start it when your advent candle is finished and it will take you right up until 12th night! Each number features an image to represent the relevant verse of the iconic carol (starting with a partridge in a pear tree!). This candle was created from a design adapted from one sourced from freepik.com. The numbers on this one are a bit bigger, (20 minutes ish daily burn time) £2.50 each.

This week I have been making log reindeer, big and small! Each is unique due to the natural materials used. The small ones each have hand twisted wire antlers. The large ones are £12 each. (collection only, these are not shippable!) The small one are £4 for this approx. size or £3 for smaller ones. If you want a harness and bells on the little ones it costs an extra £1. On the large is extra £3 (so £15)

Christmas is getting closer, (though these also work for autumn too!) So I present Citrus wreathes and citrus decorations. These smell wonderful (like marmalade is the best I can manage until they invent smell-o-vision), sparkle and look like stained glass when hung in front of a light source eg. window or fairy lights.
This wreath example has a small bow and star anise decoration, but I also use golden bells and larger bows. All the glitter is biodegradable.
