Works at MCS Theale Reading are progressing well and are now well underway.
Studwelders Composite Floor Decks are delivering the full composite floor package, including the installation of:

• 858m² of MetFloor 60 decking
• 1,850 welded shear studs
• 150mm thick concrete, poured to a hand-float finish

With Units 1 and 2 still to complete, the team is making massive progress, with the concrete pour for Unit 2 scheduled for next week.
A great effort from the whole team on site — another project moving forward at pace for our valued client MCS.

We’re pleased to announce that works have now commenced on Project Snow Rugby for our valued client, Magrock.

Studwelders Composite Floor Decks are delivering the complete composite floor package, with the project consisting of:

▪️ 7,064m² of MetFloor 60 decking
▪️ 23,896 welded shear studs
▪️ 150mm thick concrete poured to a plain finish
▪️ 3 floors to be completed over a 3-week programme

It’s a busy programme, but with our experienced team on site and the right systems in place, we’re looking forward to delivering another high-quality composite flooring package safely, efficiently and to programme.

Works are progressing smoothly at the Edgar Taylor construction project, with the composite floor package well underway.
Studwelders Composite Floor Decks are delivering the complete composite
flooring package, including:

545m² of MetFloor 60 decking.
551 Welded shear studs.
130mm Thick concrete poured and finished to a high-quality hand-float finish.

The team is making great progress on site, with everything moving to programme and the concrete pour scheduled for next Wednesday.

It’s great to see another project taking shape, and we’re looking forward to seeing the finished floor come together.

Another project successfully completed by the team at the Engineering Workshop, Openshaw Campus, for our valued client, J. Greenwood (Builders).

Studwelders Composite Floor Decks carried out the complete composite floor package, including the installation of:

220m² of Metfloor 60 decking
576 welded shear studs
140mm thick concrete slab poured to a basic finish

Works at MCS Letchworth are progressing well, with Unit 3 now complete.

Studwelders Composite Floor Decks has successfully delivered the composite floor package completed to date, including the installation of:

2,070 m² of MetFloor 60 decking.
2,757 welded shear studs.
150mm thick concrete poured to a plain finish.

The project is progressing well, with 1,144 m² of the composite floor package still to be completed.

The works completed to date have been delivered efficiently, safely, and to the required quality standards, demonstrating the commitment and professionalism from the team.

We are currently progressing well on another project for our valued client, Tilbury Douglas, at Pershore High School.

Studwelders Composite Floor Decks are currently carrying out the complete composite floor package, including the installation of:

2,932m² of MetFloor 55 decking
4,029 welded shear studs
150mm concrete poured and finished to a hand-float finish

The project is running smoothly, and we are estimated to complete the works within the next few weeks.

As we move towards completion, we're pleased with the progress achieved and look forward to delivering another successful project for our valued client.
