20,000 Leagues Under the Sea inspired diving helmet.

Polyurethane base,
3D printed detailing,
NATO gas mask hoses.

Inspired by 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea.

I'd usually remove the join lines from the tentacles to the main body but I decided to make them worse with heat and then put a brown wash on them to create a weld line.

Overall pretty happy with how it turned out.

Fantasy trader outfit finished:

Hat has 3D printed skulls and seal, polypropylene knife with leather handle, Ostrich and Peacock feathers.

Coat is a grey wool frock coat with a hand embroidered Crab flash and sun with scroll work patches.
The Warrant of Trade hand written on stained cloth and is sewn in place, various badges, seals, chains and medallions for decoration. Random buttons replaced the original for a more lived in traveler feel.

The under waistcoat is swede with large brass buckles added and 2 deep pockets sewn in. Medallions with runic ward cloth and a fitted scabbard riveted on.
