We’re growing again at Action PAs - and we couldn’t be more excited.

One of the best parts of this business is seeing the impact our VAs make. Our VAs are the calm in the chaos, the trusted right hand, and often the difference between a business owner just getting by and truly thriving.

We’re now looking for high-performing Virtual Assistants to join our team. If you’ve supported founders, senior leaders, or growing businesses - and love bringing clarity, proactivity, and warmth to your work - we’d love to hear from you.

Here’s what one of our recent VAs said about why Action PAs stood out to them:

“I’ve been hoping to find an opportunity like this - one that offers stability, purpose, and the chance to build long-term working relationships. The ethos behind Action PAs really resonates with me, and I’m excited by the idea of contributing to a supportive, values-led environment where I can make a real difference.

Electra, thank you for creating a space where people can do thoughtful, impactful work while still honouring the full scope of their lives."

The launch of our Online Business Manager has been a long time coming.

Not because we needed something new to offer… But because we’ve spent years watching our clients grow.

Grow to the point where support wasn’t enough.

They needed structure.

They needed a strategy.

They needed someone to take the pressure off their plate—and keep it off.

That’s what an OBM does.

They don’t just lighten the load.

They help you carry your business forward.

We’re so proud to bring this to life.

And even more excited for the founders who can finally breathe again.

It’s not you. You’ve just outgrown your current setup.
