A brilliant day today delivering sales training for the team at CJCH Solicitors.

One thing I always enjoy about these sessions is the engagement, interaction and honest conversations that happen throughout the day.

Sales training should never just be theory on a screen. The real value comes from sharing experiences, discussing real situations, challenging thinking and learning from each other.

Today we covered areas including:
✅ Communication
✅ Client experience
✅ Objection handling
✅ Confidence in conversations
✅ Relationship building
✅ The importance of value over price

The energy in the room was fantastic and it was great to see so many people contributing, opening up and sharing their experiences from the legal sector.
