Bristol Railwayana Auctions

I'm finally able to confirm that I have formally completed the winding up of Bristol Railwayana Auctions Ltd and there will be no further activities run by myself under that name.

No one specific reason, but a culmination of many different things that were making it harder and harder to put on events (which I was sorting in my limited spare time).

Many thanks for everyones help and support over the last 11 years.

The BRA website and its archive of results should be available until 2027, but I will not be monitoring the company email address.

Reluctantly I am going to have to cancel the proposed April 2025 auction.

There have been numerous family matters, and a reduction in the amount of help available to help set everything up that have prevented any serious organising of the event from taking place.

A thorough review of operations will need to happen in order to establish the feasibility of any future auction.

Hudswell Clarke & Co. Ltd no P253 Railway Foundary, Leeds, England worksplate. Narrow Gauge locomotive (2ft) made in 1927 Industrial Paraffin Engined delivered to a Sand & Gravel Company in Norfolk.
