Happy 1000th customer!!!
We have successfully repaired our 1000th machine 🍾🎉 and to celebrate we have given away a free service with this repair 💛
Mr Fludder had a leak from his Barista Express Sage coffee machine and it turned out to be a failed solenoid valve and water was leaking from the connector here. This was replaced with a new valve and connector and the machine serviced before its return!
The second photo is with the machine safely back in its place making excellent coffee again!

A very special guest in our workshop today…😍

This is one of the original repairs we did back at the start of all this and it’s been used (a lot!) in our kitchen with no troubles for a good few years now! But shock horror yesterday the milk wand ran into trouble and it wouldn’t pull any steam through 🪦

Less than 24 hours later and she is back up and running like new with a full service too (perks of owning a coffee machine repair business!) ☕️ If only everything in life could be fixed so efficiently eh?! We think she has a good few more years in her, thanks to the FMCM tech team 🙏🏻
