Servicing during the warranty period
Should an item you bought from us become faulty during the warranty period, we will despatch our engineers, collect your equipment, duly repair it and re-install it for you. During this period we will also offer you a loan item if available, to use whilst yours is in for repair. Now you can see why we''re the number one independent retailer in the South West - service is our second name. If you bought your equipment** elsewhere, please still bring it to us at our Service Department; we will be happy to repair it for you. There will be a inspection fee for this service if the product is not within a manufacturer's warranty. Call us for more details. We also offer a collection and re-delivery service for customers who purchased equipment elsewhere, which may be subsidised by the manufacturer if the product is within a manufacturer's warranty, however out of warranty repairs would incure a call out charge. - contact us for more information
(**Panasonic under warranty equipment only)
Servicing an item if it is out of it's warranty
Again, bring in it to us, but contact us first to check that we can repair the item. Upon receipt of the item, we take an inspection fee. This fee is to cover the cost of diagnosing the fault and to report to you what faults have been found. If you decide to go ahead with the repair, the inspection charge is deducted from the overall repair bill. If the item is irrepairable or you feel is uneconomic to repair, the inpection charge is non refundable, although maybe used against the purchase of a replacement item.
