The Importance of Good Record Keeping!

I just saved my client nearly £4,000!

Their supplier claimed they owed a huge amount of money for invoices going back over the last 4 years. These invoices had never reached us & the supplier had never chased, therefore we had no idea of the back log & as I only get involved with actual invoices, I would never have known to inquire about missing bills.

Copy invoices were handed over & I started checking through our records only to discover that the first 2 years had been received & paid at the correct times, therefore reducing the back log by 2 years & nearly £4,000.
