I am an Early Years Professional and trained with Hands on Babies to be a Baby Massage and Yoga instructor two years ago. I have been offering massage classes on behalf of South Gloucestershire Council within the Children's Centres and most recently in conjunction with the Thornbury Health Visitor Team. I practiced massage with both my children when they were babies and found the experience both beneficial to soothe and calm them but also a really important part of the bonding process. I have worked in with babies and toddlers for the last six years both in nurseries and running a variety of parenting groups and classes for the Children Centres including the very popular Baby and Me course.
