OUR HOME Unit 8 Studios Has new Studios Available!

Unit 8 Studios is a vibrant creative warehouse that is home to an array of desk space, studio space and mezze studios.

The warehouse area is comprised of 9 separate studio spaces and a large open workshop. Downstairs there is a casual meeting area and rec. room with seating, (pic 5) table, microwave and fridge. This is free and accessible to all tenants of Unit 8 Studios and can be booked for meetings on a casual basis.

We currently have 2 new studios available from March 9th. Both are beautifully lit with natural light via sky lights. Located on a mezzanine floor they are and ideal space for desk based work, painting, light craft work and textiles. Located in heart of St. Werburghs. The space are suitable for people who aren't bothered by workshop noise, but due to them being on a mezzanine might not suit carpenters and unfortunately not suitable for musicians (sorry).

Both are a great size and you're welcome to share the space with 1 or 2 other people.

In all it’s l***y glory. ’s Temple of Lust has special place in our heart being the first stage we ever designed and built! Another solid days setting up the Temple of Lust for . We love this stage, it was our first ever build 4 years ago and has had many an iteration and many many a good time! Look forward to adding the final touches tomorrow and playing a t on the Sunday! Roll on the weekend :D

We’re very excited to say we are now finished with our shop fit over at It’s been an absolute pleasure turning owners Katie & Ele’s vision into a reality. Working from initial mood boards we designed and project managed the build. Watch out! This new super tasty salad bar (eatery/cafe/diner) is now open for business!
