We offer a great package of affordable rents, extremely flexible terms and high quality management services to licensees in all our properties. This is a great opportunity for small businesses to be part of a wider business community sharing great facilities, giving access to resources, advice and networking events through our hub at Easton Business Centre. We are a not for profit social enterprise which reinvests its income into promoting its social aims of improving the economic wealth and vitality of disadvantaged communities through supporting enterprise. Wherever possible we use local suppliers, many are actually our own licensees and through our events programme we promote networking opportunities with the wider business community. Bristol Spaceworks was officially launched in 2010 from a merger of two not for profit social enterprises operating in Bristol's inner city east side, East Bristol Enterprise and Bristol East Side Traders (BEST).
