This Bosch tumble dryer has been plodding away with the same family for the last 8 years. They called us up to say it had stopped tumbling. We found the culprit, a damaged belt tension wheel. With the wheel and belt replaced, it's back up and running.

Don't wait! Get us out at the first sign of a problem.

The side runners on this Neff slide and hide oven door had broken. This led to the door coming off the wheels and cracking the inner glass. There's some pretty powerful springs in the hinges and if they're not properly aligned can do serious damage.

In this case we replaced the plastic runners and inner glass then rebuilt the door using as many original parts as possible to make it as cost effective as possible.

If you've got an appliance that is working but not perfectly please let us know. We can come out and nip any problems in the bud before it becomes a bigger, more expensive problem.

This customer had broken their glass hob to this lovely induction range cooker. They tried to go through the manufacturer and insurance but they were either too expensive or couldn't offer a quick enough turn around.

From point of order to fitting we had it turned around in 48 hours. This sort of job is never a cheap fix but on appliances like this it's definitely worth it.

F21 error on a proper good old solid Bosch Classixx washing machine. These Bosch machines are much more solid than most manufacturers are churning out today. You can see how the brushes had worn. Bit fiddly when you're blessed with sausage fingers like me but perfectly doable.

This Bosch dishwasher was showing E19 error code. This relates to solenoid on the water tank. It takes longer to get the machine in and out than it does to swap the valve over. All fitted, tested and back to working order.

The Neff dishwasher was flashing the tap warning and not starting cycles. Faulty drain pump found and replaced with one from the van. In and out on one visit.

This LG washing machine was showing TE error code. Replacement heater fitted and it's all back up and running.

I had a very handsome helper today. We love pets and it's great to meet everyone's pets when we're out and about. Kids less so...
