“I’ve been at Exacta for four years now. Day to day, I deal with RMA queries, support customers with diagnosing issues, and help guide the Support Team. Every customer is different, so there’s always a new puzzle to solve!”

When he’s not at work, Scott enjoys time with his family, heading out for long walks, and fitting in some gaming whenever he can.

His advice for anyone wanting to follow a similar path?

“I always start by asking why. I look at the small details that make up the bigger picture and, when needed, work backwards until I find the answer. Never be afraid to ask questions; that’s often where the solution begins.”

Last night, between 90% and 96% of the Sun was covered by the Moon across the UK ☀️🌑

A pretty incredible example of what happens when everything lines up with remarkable precision.

Some of our team were out and about last Wednesday, volunteering at the incredible Bristol Together Championships 🏅

It’s an exciting event run by Community of Purpose that brings together primary school children from across Bristol for a day of football, fun, and community spirit.

Days like this encourage children from all types of backgrounds to come together and work as a team, fostering new friendships and understanding, all through their love of football ⚽💙

Thank you to everyone who helped make it happen. We loved being a part of it and are proud to volunteer as part of the Exacta Group's community work.

“I’ve worked at Exacta for three and a half years. In a typical day, I support the Account Managers by processing orders and booking shipments. I’m there at every point of the customer journey, from start to finish and keep each customer updated.”

What does she love most about working here? The people, and the banter! Charlie brings energy and entertainment to the office every day while keeping everything on track.
