Well blimey it's been a long time since I posted anything on here! But I have something exciting to add - I have passed my Certified Professional Facilitator Accreditation!
It was 2 days of interviews and a mock workshop after quite a long written application.
So, as you can imagine I am feeling pretty happy! 😀

It's been a while since face-to-face facilitation was an option. Now it is possible, but with a lot to think about to make it work.

Ooh it's been a while since I posted here....here is an interview I did last week. Never very sure about the whole million $ question (never mind $10 million!). What would you do with $10 million?

After much mucking around with Canva I have re-created a lovely new shiny version of my Working Better Together FREE download! It is on my website and contains three lovely activities for you to use with your team. They have all been adapted so you can do them inside, outside or online.
They focus on things like communication, relationships, connections, motivation, ways of working and are not a substitute for some real facilitation, but are enough to get some conversations going.
