On this day of kindness, we are reminded of what the overwhelming power of what kindness can do.

From the smallest act of just smiling at someone, or offering a reassuring hug, or being an ear to someone who needs it - can be a lifeline to them.

We all have the power of kindness, and today I have been blown away by seeing how simple, small acts of kindness can make the biggest difference to someone’s day.

The world is in a troubled place, but, we each have it in our gift to make someone’s world a better place - even for a moment.

You are all amazing people. I am privileged to know you all. Thank you for your kindness to someone today, and thank you for making my day. Here’s to a happy tomorrow.

Mental health affects us all in different ways, and we should all take stock our own workload, our busy lives, and just stop.

Stop to breathe.
Stop to take stock.
Stop to check in and make sure those around us ‘are alright’

A couple of years ago I had what I call ‘a blip’ and took some time out, approx. two months, to find my feet.

I didn’t know what to do with myself, I just (proverbially) hit a wall. I contacted my GP to say as much.

I had the most incredible support of my employer, notably Kay Willett MBE at Gallery Trust, who were nothing short of exceptional in their care and follow-up support as I went back into the workplace.

There is so much that I took away from my time off, particularly that there is no stigma about talking, that there are compassionate people waiting to hear from you - if you can’t talk to your family, REACH OUT, talk to your manager or your doctor or even me.

If I can help you steady the ship, or point you in the right direction, I’m here at anytime. Day or night.

There’s always a way.
Take your time, there’s always help.

Parliament Week is a nationwide initiative introducing young people to what Parliament is, what it does, and how everyone can get involved. A perfect chance to discover something new about UK Parliament or refresh what you already know! 👩‍🎓👨‍🎓

Love this from one of our most amazing clients Berkley Care Group… This is definite myth-busting… a care home is no longer anything you would expect it to be. They are wonderful places, a place where no two days are the same and a place where if it matters to the residents, it matters to the team!

We’re very proud to be providing Property and Facilities services to the Stonesfield Community Trust and their tenants. A wonderful group of people in a truly beautiful part of Oxfordshire.

As a charity, the Trust gives generously to local groups and organisations, aligning nicely with our ethos and values. It’s a privilege.

The Trust is committed to providing affordable housing to enable people to be able to live in the village they were born in or live.

The Village Committee has been hard at work over the past few months to bring you this year's spectacular Brize Norton Village Bash! Mark your calendars for Sunday, 6th July as we dive into the fun with our theme: VW Campervans and Fun at the Seaside! 🌊🚐

🕐 The fun starts at 1 PM
📍 Brize Norton Recreation Ground.

Delicious treats and refreshments will be served by our Busy Bees 🐝, offering a scrumptious selection of treats and food, along with our usual refreshments to keep you energised as you walk around the event. 🍰☕
