is all about shining a spotlight on the incredible people working in the care sector and encouraging others to join the industry if they’ve been considering it for a while.

You may have transferrable skills that you’d not considered, from having hobbies such as cooking or crafting, or being the person that your friends turn to in times of crisis. Having a caring personality and a desire to help others could make you the ideal candidate for a caring role.

We’ve had a brilliant day delivering training to the management team Little Owl Farm Park, Worcestershire ahead of their re-opening this week.

We really enjoyed getting to know them and understanding their hard working values. We worked with them first hand in seeing how they maintain their farming heritage alongside treating each other, the animals and their visitors with respect, kindness and integrity. They’re working on some amazing things to ensure that all of their visitors have the BEST time possible and we were so impressed with their passion, enthusiasm and PROFESSIONALISM.

Little Owl Farm Park will not disappoint this half term – whatever the weather. If you decide to pay them a visit, check out the Meerkats (hands down, our favourite) and our gorgeous friend, Roger, the pig who took quite the shine to Duncan!
