Just do ONE thing.

At the Women Who Business Community MOMENTUM event, everyone who joined Hannah Prosser and me at our Creating Capacity for Growth table left with this little card.

The idea was simple.

Think about something in your business that you keep repeating, keep putting off, or know could be working better.

Then decide:

👉 What's the ONE thing you're going to do about it?

Not redesign the whole process.

Not spend three hours creating the perfect system.

Just one small action that moves it forward.

It could be:

✔️ Block 30 minutes in your diary to plan next month's content
✔️ Create a template for an email you type over and over again
✔️ Set up a folder for those documents you can never find
✔️ Write down the steps of a task you eventually want to delegate
✔️ Finally deal with those 20 emails sitting in your inbox

Then give yourself a deadline.

What a brilliant morning we had at Women Who Bromsgrove last Thursday! 💜

We had a packed room at No3a Neighbourhood Bar & Eatery Bromsgrove, filled with a lovely mix of familiar faces and new ones.

Our guest speaker, Tanya, shared some really practical advice on how to nourish our bodies - encouraging us to think about filling our plates with protein, carbs and colour 🥗 The audience was engaged and Tanya was knowledgeable and her passion for this subject was unwavering.

We also explored our September theme of ‘Saying YES to Strategy’ - taking time to think about where we’re heading in our businesses and being more intentional about how we get there.

And, of course, there was plenty of networking! We had some brilliant conversations in our groups, new connections being made, lots of sharing and support - and plenty of giggles along the way. 😊

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make it such a warm, welcoming morning.
